Brick to inconsiderate shoppers I'm frustrated when I only having one thing to purchase at the grocery store and I find someone with a full cart at the express line.

I have been covering the issue of wind turbines at West Lincoln council in recent months. I have to say, I cringe when I see wind turbines on the council agenda.
